the area felt safe and welcoming, with many grocery stores and eateries nearby. the staff, especially a lovely lady who assisted me with extending my stay, were helpful, even reheating food for me. the filtered water tap was a nice touch too.

The bathroom had some plumbing issues on my last night, which meant we had to use the lobby restrooms. the cleanliness wasn’t up to par—seeing a lipstick mark on the window was a bit off-putting. A heads up that there's no daily cleaning service would have been nice too!

The waffles at breakfast were an absolute game-changer, fluffy and full of flavor! I also loved the lovely decor in the room. Plus, the location made hopping to nearby eateries like Five 25 and The Bombay Brasserie easy.

Without air conditioning and a fan that barely helps, the rooms can get stuffy.
